Admission and seats
A seat is confirmed once the course fee is paid. Seats per batch are limited, so earlier admissions take priority.
Classes and attendance
Learners are expected to attend at least 80% of classes. Recordings of missed classes stay in the student portal.
Use of content
Course videos, notes and project files are for personal learning only, and may not be shared or resold without permission.
Certificates
A verifiable certificate is issued once the final project is submitted. Anyone can check it by scanning the QR code.
Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected in classrooms and in the online groups.
What we collect
Name, mobile, email and educational details — only what admission and certificate issuing require.
How we use it
Class notices, fee reminders, certificate issuing and career support.
Third parties
Personal details are not shared with anyone beyond the payment gateway and SMS service.
AI use
Conversations with TIMA may be used to improve guidance; we discourage entering sensitive information.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct your details or delete your account at any time.
Before the course starts
Tell us at least 7 days before the batch begins and the full fee is refunded.
During the course
Within the first two classes, the unused portion is refunded. After that the fee is non-refundable.
If a batch is postponed
If we postpone a batch, you choose between a full refund or a transfer to the next batch.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
